Dr Vale did an excellent job of explaining things. I tend to ask a lot of questions but she was so thorough that I didn't really need to. But when I did, she was very thoughtful in addressing them. Excellent bedside manner.

I honestly cried in the office because I've never had a doctor truly listen to my concerns before. She took the time to hear me, provided the information I needed, and more, and never pushed birth control or anything invasive based solely on conversation. She respected my comfort level, addressed my concerns thoughtfully, and made me feel genuinely heard for the first time. I'm incredibly grateful for how clearly everything was explained, and I finally feel hopeful about getting my health on track in a way that feels comfortable and right for me.
