The procedure I had done hurt like crazy! But that was not the doctors fault or the RNs fault. And I appreciate the care they gave me. The RN and the doctor used distraction techniques so I wouldn't think about the shot they were giving. They were both extraordinary

Provider had no empathy. No improvement for my symptoms.

Care provider was behind schedule, I felt like she did not provide expected level care. Care provider stated they would come back in to do a treatment and never came back. Had more interaction with nurse and that time was limited. If this is the care given by this care provider, I would not go back. Interested in what the bill for this visit will be , if it is a level that is higher than the level of care, I will be not happy. This should not be tolerated by the patient. Care was less than satisfactory. I hope this was not typical of this care provider. Felt like care provider was not interested in providing good care.

Both the doctor and nurse did an excellent job of my care and solved my problem completely
