Dr Stroup was great. He was on time. He explained the problem and the procedure at my level.When I had my colonoscopy, I had to wait too long before going in the procedure room. Anything more than an hour from arrival to in the procedure room is excessive. I waited about 1:45.

Dr. Stroup was very kind. I felt comfortable and safe. He explained everything to me and let me know the best action to take for my situation. He did not talk down to me or make me feel shame. When I said that I created my own problem by gaining so much weight, he said we all have things we need to work on. It was said in a kind way, without judgment, that made me feel like a fellow human who has value. I appreciated that more than I can express.
