“I think Grace Beckman is awesome...”
I think Grace Beckman is awesome. She was caring, straight forward, and seemed to be very knowledgeable. She explained things in an understandable, but not pandering or condescending manner. I appreciate that she said if what we were doing didn't eliminate the problem we would then take the next step of testing/treatment.... And that it would be ok and we could handle it. I felt reassured and that she is working WITH me!
