I knew that coming in to face my reality of the attention that my teeth needed, was going to be not just a one time visit. I heard about Dr Smith from my boyfriend who has been seeing him for over 2 decades. The commitment I saw in the relationship that my boyfriend and his children had with this particular dentist and his staff was very comforting in knowing that I can trust their experiences. I took the plunge and started my treatment with Dr Smith and his staff. I can't be more than grateful in their extended kind gesture in treating me with empathy to my fear of finally taking care of my teeth. His assistant Veronica really took her time in lowering any anxiety that I may have had before walking in. I had my initial consultation today... and believe me, I have teeth problems. Dr. Smith's xray equipment is top of the line, he was able to identify my periodontal issues, a cavity in a molar, etc. (I had been regularly attending a dentist, but without technologically advanced xrays, who had missed these diagnoses). He spent about a half hour with me, going over my xrays, giving me options of future treatment, etc. He is both knowledgeable and friendly. His dental hygenist Susan is also fantastic - very knowledgeable as well!

Dr. Smith has been my dentist for 16 years. He and his staff (dental hygenists, dental assistants, and office staff) are friendly, respectful, and honest... professional in the best way. To be honest, I feel more like I'm visiting family than "going to the dentist" here. I never wait long (5 - 10 minutes max) to be seen and feel confident that I'm getting the best care. When there are decisions to be made, Dr. Smith respects and listens to my take on whatever it is. Chairside manner is five-star.
