She was very helpful throughout the appointment. She made sure all my information from the previous and current appointment concerning my issues was reviewed and that it was correct. She also asked how my experience was with my medication and provided helpful information about changes to my medication that could provide me some additional relief. She also listened when I had concerns about not being able to fill my medication, and openly discussed my options and wants before moving on. She was very nice, helpful, and professional.
