Our family is new to Texas. As well as this medical practice. All staff was incredibly welcoming from the time we walked in the door until we walked out. We were taken back immediately with no wait time. My daughter was seen to become an established patient. And, a medication refill for ADD. At no point during the visit did either of us feel that we were being rushed through the appointment. Dr. Tomasello was very thorough with my daughter. Discussed everything from med history to school. And, how she was adjusting to a new home. By the time we left, my daughter had gone from a nervous 15 year old to being completely comfortable with a new doctor. Dr. Tomasello is a great asset to this practice and has a wonderful bedside manner.
