Dr. Johnston is great. I came to see Paul for a prescription refill of my pain meds. I waited for almost an hour past my appt time (10:30) and had to reschedule because of an appt at 11:30. Dr. Johnston is great. I came to see Paul for a prescription refill of my pain meds. I waited for almost an hour past my appt time (10:30) and had to reschedule because of an appt at 11:30. My time is important also, that being said I am very disappointed in my experience. Just to get my pain meds refilled WOW! To make many appts and make people wait is inexcusable. An old man using a cain had to wait longer than I did. Please fix this problem!
