“Terrible service for prescription handling.”
Dr. Kim is wonderful but the office staff is terrible. One can Never reach anyone but receptionists in UCR office, NO notification if messages are received, urgent calls like prescription mistakes, lack of insulin, and other call are NOT handled well. Scripted answers from reception staff.
