“My usual provider couldn't see m...”

My usual provider couldn't see me but they arranged for me to see another doctor in the office. I was pleased with the urgency they expressed and got me in and did tests and shared the results with me. The tests were normal but finding that out and the urgency with which I took care of me was greatly appreciated.
