Dr. Grady is a modern day, African American Marcus Welby, M.D. He is a patient and attentive listener, does not judge and offers thoughtful and optimistic responses to questions. He outlined short and long range plans of treatment. I was so impressed by his bedside manner and the thoroughness of his exam, I told my fellow physician colleagues that Dr. Grady is will be an excellent physician choice for them and their family members. One colleague's son will be meeting with him in early October.
