I always appreciate my visits with Doctor Galindo. He shows kindness, patience, and professionalism when caring for seniors.

The visit with the doctor took approximately 8 to 10 minutes. It was sort of fast paced, which was ok I guess. The issue I was having was vaginal bleeding and the urine dip that was done showed a trace of blood. I had to ask what the protocol was for the positive find of blood in urine and he stated they would do a culture on it and the results would be available in 2 to 3 days. Maybe it's just me but I felt hurried and that vaginal bleeding is not all that serious. The doctor is good but just seems rushed.

Dr. Galindo gives me time to talk to him and doesn't rush me. He listened to my questions and gave me options on what he could do to provide the care I needed. Honestly some of my care needs were hard for me to admit and Dr. Galindo was very professional and compassionate. I shook his hand at the end of our visit but I would have been fine giving him a hug.
