Overall the stress and uncertainty I was feeling over the change in provider (3rd time a provider of mine has changed or closed practice, or retired, within months of each other) was eased significantly. Made a huge difference. Also the fact that no major changes were made on that first visit (likely since there weren't any urgent medical issues?) made the transition smoother too.
