“My provuder was approximately 40...”

My provuder was approximately 40 min late. He sincerely apologized several times. He has shown respect, provides outstanding care, always allows time for questions and addresses my concerns.Perhaps administrators should make phone calls outside of office hrs. My time as a patient Is valuable also.
