Evie Gray was excellent explaining everything. Answered all my questions. My daughter in law came with me...we both agreed that with how in awe we were, how Evie could explain the heart and the function for me, that we truly understood. We got educated. Evie very caring, listens and answers. She also explained about my procedure. She is the BEST.
