I could tell that Erin was highly qualified for my procedure. She took the time to explain everything and answered all my questions during the process, which made me feel comfortable.However, I do have one complaint about the procedure room. It felt more like a regular exam room, and when I got on the table, I felt there wasn't enough space for me. I was concerned that I might fall off, and I want to emphasize that I'm not overweight!
