She has a kind, caring demeanor which feels very sincere. I am a nurse of 62 years & easily recognize positive or negative demeanor. She made me feel important. I know there are time limits but she did not communicate that to me.

NP Erika Zantzinger is fantastic! She is very personable and listened to a concern I had, explained the likely cause, and offered a referral. She also listen closely to another concern and offered me several solutions for medications discussing pros and cons and included me on the decision. She spends more than an adequate amount of time with me and I always leave satisfied with my healthcare.
