My experience with Erik is always pleasant. He's easy to talk to, very understanding, and is always offering advice on ways I can navigate my knee pain while still trying to be active and lose weight. I haven't been successful in weight loss and I know that's important but he doesn't treat me different because of that. He's always encouraging.
