Erica is very knowledgeable and has a wonderful bedside manner. She listens and explains everything clearly, She really tries curtail the treatment plan for the individual. Her goal is to find out what for and what I'll get the most benefits from. What I love best about Erica is that she includes in the decision making process. She gives me options and allows me to play an active role in health care plan. Also, she isn't pretentious or condescending but really just super down to earth!
