The nurse who roomed us was calm, efficient and cheerful - very pleasant! Erica explained in a way that was clear and easy to follow about what she saw on my MRI, she let me know what she was thinking after first listening to my husband and myself and after she checked out my symptoms she gave us a number of different options as well as what each one would involve. We are very happy with our plan and are looking forward to seeing her soon hopefully with good results from our treatment!
