Everyone was absolutely outstanding: professional, competent, courteous, helpful, engaged, responsive, and patient. All spent as much time as needed to thoroughly complete their tasks and respond to all of my questions. It was also clear that they coordinated among themselves, making this a team effort. Collectively and individually, they inspired confidence in me, allaying any concerns I or my spouse had with the upcoming surgery.
