Dr. Noh is the BEST, hands down. He is always listening and looking out for your best interest. He never rushes. My 2 Y.O. Daughter was with me and he brought her in stickers to keep her occupied. He never got annoyed that she was there or antsy. He is extremely patient. I recommend him to everyone. His nurse was also very accommodating with my daughter and it is very appreciated!
