“Before the appointment, Dr. Day ...”

Before the appointment, Dr. Day was recommended to me as a provider due to her bedside manner, genuineness, easygoing attitude, knowledge, and skills. As a potentially new patient, she took the time to listen and get to know me, provide information about my presenting concerns, and make recommendations to address current problems and stay up to date with preventative health. I felt heard, listened to, and welcomed as a new patient, and I was very grateful for her time and willingness to add me to her caseload.
