It's always a pleasure to be in the care of Ms. Elsie. She's super kind, informing, and makes sure you are at your very best when you come to see her. I've grown very fond of her and I hope to stay under her care!

She did not seem knowledgeable, and was rushed. Told me incorrect information in a very scary (if I didn't know better) manner, records mention several things as discussed which were NOT talked about or offered (flu shot, depression survey).

Elsie is kind, compassionate and above all listens to my concerns.

The front desk staff, the nurses and Ms Elsie were great. I only had an issue with the lab staff.

My daughter was in attendance of my appointment and she wanted to speak on some of the symptoms that I had been experiencing, although I am the patient, it would have been nice for the NP to acknowledge that another person was involved in my care plan otherwise I would have been alone. My daughter is 18 and very mature to know what we were discussing.
