“I was impressed with the amount ...”

I was impressed with the amount of time she took to explain everything to me and show me how to conduct the shoulder exercises. What a super professional. I know she is busy but I never felt like she was rushing to get me out of the office. I really felt valued and could tell she genuinely cared for my well being and rehab process
