I was very disappointed at how little Dr. Bautista knew about my current situation, given the fact that I had been seeing her for several months at this point. The only thing she seemed to be knowledgeable about was whatever was in her notes. I also had several concerns that she completely dismissed, and something that I had mentioned previously that is a very important part of my health history, and she seemed to forget altogether. I will not be going back to see her, and she seemed to feel this disappointment, as she did not schedule a follow up visit, or recommend to. She dismissed my spouse in the same way, withholding vital medicine from her, not responding to several attempts at communication and refusing to refill a prescription.

It is little difficult to get an appointment with my provider quickly as her schedule gets booked quickly. Especially for the annual check I need to wait for a couple of months which is little inconvenient. However, my provider is wonderful she gives sufficient time with me during the appointments to provide the care I need that is great!

Dr. Bautista is a wonderful physician. I can always trust her to be thorough & professional when it comes to what's best for my health issues. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to my family & friends. I've never had a doctor committed to improving my health the way Dr. Bautista has.
