She was very kind and gentle. She had to clean wax out of my ears. It was not painful at all. As she cleaned them, she explained what she was doing at that moment. I felt very comfortable with her working inside of my ears. After the visit, there was very little ringing in my ears.

Miss Steiner was wonderful! As previously, she was very complete and explaining the result of my audiology test we review the symptomatology that I had in any changes from our last visit. We talked about potential use for hearing aids, and she also was very complete with new research that was being done. I could not have been happier.
