Dr Sammond and I discussed my major health issues. A1C. Talked about the immunizations I needed to bring me up to date. Discussed a right leg issue, ached if I try to walk any distance. I will keep a list of any further issues to bring to 6 month appt., or make an appt earlierif it gets worse. I had lab work right after appointment.
