Dr Betsy Kain was thorough, concerned, and informative. She answered all my questions and asked if I had any others. She went over the MRI results to my satisfaction and presented treatment options with explanations of the benefits and issues with each. I felt very well taken care of and am very, very satisfied with her and her nursing staff.
