Dr. Fallon and I had a very professional conversation; however, we did not settle on a working diagnosis. The plan is to monitor the issue (ie, hepatic steatosis) and revisit if data indicate. As of *DATE* , liver enzymes and lipid profile were all well within the normal range. Alcohol consumption has been decreased significantly.
