“New therapist and I'm so pleased, at last!”
I just started therapy with Elizabeth Elliott. My first appointment with her was a very good experience, and I felt very comfortable. After doing my "due diligence," I decided to continue in treatment with Elizabeth. After just 2 sessions, I have gotten some important insights into some of my behaviors, which really don't serve me well. I'm also starting to make some changes, and this feels very good. She notices everything, i.e. the words I use and my body language, my affect and how it changes throughout the session. I find this invaluable. I think she is one of the best therapists with whom I have worked.
