More info: High Desert Mental Health & Wellness accepts most Utah-based insurances. If the provider/practice is not in-network, with your insurance plan, you will be expected to pay for the appointment in full at the time of service. If permitted by your insurance payor, you can submit an invoice for reimbursement for the amount your plan pays for out-of-network providers.
