Elana Cowen Bantle pretty much dismissed my feedback. She came across as completely certain that her opinion was completely correct. Her opinion was that my seborrheic dermatitis was worsening because I have aged, and my hormones are different. She told me to use a face wash and moisturizer on my face and it will clear up. I'm fairly certain it will not, and expressed this to her. She dismissed me. Overall, the appointment was a waste of time and resources.

“Elaine is so kind and takes time...”

Elaine is so kind and takes time to listen. I had avoided the doctor for 14 years before seeing her last year because of my body image and previous experience with a doctor. Since seeing her last year, I am up to date on my screenings (which I did not do prior) and managing my blood pressure. She is great!
