“Have found that visits w/VM have...”

Have found that visits w/VM have been very hit-or-miss lately, but Dr. Kong was an unexpected and exceptional surprise.He demonstrated a remarkable level of preparation, having thoroughly reviewed my files prior to the appointment. During the visit, he truly listened to my concerns, asked insightful questions to gain full clarity, and was excellent at connecting the dots regarding my history and symptoms. He trusted my proactice path. We had a productive discussion about viable treatment options. I was genuinely impressed by Dr. Kong's professionalism and attention to detail.
