I was seen by PA Erin Monahan in Dermatology. I'm 84 years old - this was the BEST experience I've ever had during an appointment anywhere in Essentia. She was over-the-top with all aspects of my appointment. She explained everything, really cared about my skin problem, and on and on. She solved my itching problem which was a God-send. She was pleasant, happy, helpful, caring, funny, and provided extremely helpful information about my skin problems. If I could, I would vote for "Best Employee at Essentia".
