“Dr Ngo is great. Very good liste...”

Dr Ngo is great. Very good listener and eye contact. He is patient and explains things well and I appreciate the care he gives to me. Good bedside manner too. If he is running late, it makes me feel good because I know he is giving the other patient exceptional care. That's what I would want. Not to be rushed.
