Maddie the ultrasound tech, Amber the nurse and Dr Duc Le absolutely understand the meaning of ‘bedside manners’. In this post COVID medical field, where you can sometimes feel like just a number, this team is professional and caring.

I have been fighting with lymphedema for years thinking there were no answers after seeing a terrible doctor in 2020. After my visit today I was properly diagnosed with lymphedema, diagnosed with a secondary condition, provided with information for a pump system, fitted for stockings, referred to another doctor for more information, and scheduled for a follow up to make sure my condition is being managed properly. I never thought something like this was possible for me and left being lighter.

The ultra sound technician and nurse were efficient and friendly. I was also impressed with Dr. Duc Le. He has a fantastic caring manner and explained the results of my ultra sound in terms I could understand giving me rationale for treatment options and continued follow up. I was impressed.

The technician who performed the ultra sound was great and put me at ease. As before, no one really found anything wrong or had a definitive explanation for my leg swelling, but I have confidence in the doctor's findings and recommendations. I trust Dr. Duc Le and will return in the future if needed.
