I had braces as a kid, but my retainer that was glued to my bottom teeth came off early in my 20s, and I had stopped using my top retainer, and so my teeth had shifted. I had gone to another orthodontist who had wanted to charge me full price--the same as he would charge someone who had never had braces; that seemed ridiculous to me. Dr. Pan gave me a quote that was a fraction of the price (I only needed 5 months w/Invisalign to get my teeth back to where they were); the results look good!

We had two girls in braces at the same time and had two separate opinions on treatment. During our initial consult with Dr. Pan, both girls said they preferred her over the "other ortho office" we had gone to first. They felt Dr. Pan was genuinely interested in them. Our daughter had a special case where we had to move just a few teeth due to a previous trama, we are very pleased with the results we received. Our son had a great experience as well.
