Surgery day went as expected with no complications. I followed up with Dr. Rigano weekly for several weeks just to make sure things were going as they should. My breasts look better than I imagined. I have pondered getting a breast reduction for a few years now. The thought of surgery made me very nervous, but the end result was what pushed me to get it done. I had the best experience with Dr. Rigano. Unlike most doctors, Dr. Rigano uses a "block" with his breast reduction surgeries. What this "block" meant to me was that I did not have much pain at all the first 48-72 hours after surgery. After the block wore off, I simply took ibuprofen to alleviate the minor discomfort I was having. I never once took the pain pills he prescribed me, because I didn't need them! I wish I would have done this a long time ago, as my backaches and neckaches are completely gone. I would highly recommend this surgery to anyone who is having problems due to their large breasts. It was a great experience for me.

I had filler injections by Dr Rigano and the result was dismal. Lumps/bumps in all areas of injections I notified his office and was contacted directly by the doctor who began to blame other doctors who had injected fillers 6 months ago. What?? I was shocked --I sent numerous pictures depicting the terrible result from his work -"call my office and they will provide options at no cost - I had to see him again before options provided -what??? No refund or options. Caution is the answer to what?

I was very afraid of getting my breast done i had gone to about ten doctors and as soon as Dr. Rigano came into my room i knew he was going to be great. He listened to my needs, my fears, and the outcome i wanted. My breast are amazing they look and feel they are mine very natural and thats just what i wanted. If i ever need anything else done he would be my first choice.

I had a BA about one month ago with Dr. Rigano. Prior to meeting Dr. Rigano I met with several other surgeons however once I met Dr. Rigano I knew he was the surgeon for me. He made me feel comfortable right away at the consultation. He spent time with me answering all my questions and explaining everything. He helped me find the right size for my wants and body type. Surgery day went as expected with no complications. I followed up with Dr. Rigano weekly for several weeks just to make sure things were going as they should. My breasts look better than I imagined. My incisions are small and healing well. I am really happy with my decision to choose Dr. Rigano for my BA.
