Dr. William "Bill" Dismuke is a Georgia native, born in Albany. He lived in Atlanta while his father was in Emory Dental School and later in Hartwell, where his father practiced General Dentistry. He attended Mercer University (SAE fraternity), UGA, and Emory Dental School.
