Absolute worst experience ever had with doctor's office, and I used to live in New York City! My son had a new patient appt. I had our paperwork filled out and we were on our way, when I called at the precise time of our appt to let them know I had passed the street and was going to be five or ten minutes late. The receptionist rudely informed me that she would check with the doctor, but that we would likely need to reschedule it!
