I was treated for a torn rotator cuff secondary to development of calcium crystals in the muscle. Barbotage procedure removed the crystals but I started to develop a frozen shoulder. This was successfully treated with a cortisone injection and I now have full range of motion in the affected shoulder and no pain. Dr Sussman’s approach throughout was knowledgeable, focused and efficient and I would highly recommend him for his ability to offer a range of less typical treatment modalities.
