I live on Whidbey Island and at my last visit a week ago due to traffic and weather I was late for my appointment, however; starting with the receptionist they were very respectful and willing to assist I live about 2-2/12 hours from the doctors office, but they were very understanding and went to the back office spoke with the person in charged and I was able to be seen by my doctor, Dr. Bhatia his demeanor and professionalism was no different than in the past appointments when I have been early for my appointment; this was the first time that I had been late but it was a great experience considering that I was treated with the same courtesy and respect as I have always been treated and allowed to see Dr Bhatia for my follow up appointment.
