I spent over $1600 on treatment with Dr. Mariano and my conditioned has only worsened. He made a $1200 appliance for my teeth that was completely inappropriate for my condition. Dr. Mariano recognized this so when he made a second appliance that I believe was less expensive he didn't charge me for it, but it too was as equally ineffective and inappropriate for addressing my problem. He was also insensitive to my anxiety disorder. He made glib remarks undermining the legitimacy of my disease.

Dr. Mariano came very highly recommended. He developed a plan that involved crown lengthening and no surgery or implants in my upper jaw. I found his questions to be very helpful in preparing this plan. During the treatment, Dr. Mariano had a detail step by step procedure. We do this in bridge construction so that we have a clear plan and nothing gets missed, so I found it interesting to see it being used in dentistry. My teeth came out great and my wife is extremely happy with the appearance.
