“Worst Office Staff I've Ever Experienced”
Dr Thompson was an OK Doctor. His office staff is HORRIBLE! I had 3 procedures with the Doctor and the staff took at least 3-4 weeks to schedule the appointments (telling me "I don't have time to call the insurance company", and "No you cannot contact them for me"), the actual procedures would take place 2-4 weeks after that. When Dr. Thompson said he was refering me to another physician for a new procedure he doesn't perform.
