“While waiting to see Dr. Metcalf...”

While waiting to see Dr. Metcalf my blood pressure was high. The nurse took it twice and Dr. Metcalf took it. Told me to monitor BP at home and I agreed. Never talked about adding a new medicine. Found out when I got a text from the pharmacy it was ready.

Dr Metcalf has a way of making you feel as if you are his only patient. He's well informed about my particular needs, and includes me in decision making. He doesn't appear to be In a big rush.
