I was very pleased with the communication with the doctor and nurses. It involved some difficult news to hear but Dr Vallina was very sensitive and knowledgeable about my treatment plan. I felt very reassured that I would get excellent care from a highly skilled surgeon! He did an outstanding job explaining the intricacies of the procedure & took time to answer all of our questions. My husband & I left the appointment feeling very comfortable & reassured about the treatment plan.

Dr. Vallina made me feel so comfortable in such an uncomfortable situation. I have really bad anxiety and somehow he was gentle but very clear with any information I needed and gave me the opportunity to ask questions if I needed without feeling rushed or ignored.
