Tricia Steven's explained everything very well to my satisfaction, answered all my questions, I left her office feeling very satisfied and happy .

Provider was great explaining options and giving me the chance to join in the decision to make the choice that was best for me. I have been seen by her before and she is excellent to work with. I had fallen and broken a rib the morning before my appointment and she showed concern about the pain, letting me know we could reschedule. But I wanted to complete the appointment, so we proceeded. As we stood to leave she reminded me to stop at Care Today and get an xray. She said she could see the pain I was in. I appreciated her concern beyond our appointment.

I don't appreciate my thin stature being questioned and asked if I throw up. Its called genetics, NO Im NOT anorexic or bollemic. What an absolute insult and slap in the face. Maybe take the time and read more about the pt having health factors that makes gaining weight next to impossible. When proposed treatment is declined, please respect that and dont try and strong arm them into changing their mind.
