I don't want to sound like a phrase in his book, but for the first time in my 59 years I feel normal and anxiety free. I am bipolar and have been a binge-drinker in the past. I also suffer from PTSD . In 2002 I tried suicide and very nearly succeeded when my heart stopped in the ambulance. He has totally changed my life in just a short period of time. Now I know I suffer from ADHD as well as the rest. I feel spectacular now that I am on medications for ALL of the above. My family and friends have been happily surprised with my new attitude and demeanor. To me it is really nothing short of a miracle that I stumbled onto Dr. Thomas Sprague!
