More info: Dr. Jensen's fees are $350 for the initial visit, $250 for each 50 minute visit and $150 for 20 minute visits. All visits must be paid in full at or before the time of service by credit card or check/electronic payment. He does not bill nor accept any insurance payments. He will render an invoice that a patient may present to their insurance company to seek reimbursement.
